When you sign up for the K12Mobile Alert Service, yourhomework requests information including, but not limited to your a Username, password, a name that you choose, mobile phone numbers, children's information and the list of recipients that the schools choose with whom they send instant text messages. Some user options, such as your privacy settings, are stored on yourhomework servers so that those settings are available when you sign in from a different computer or device. In the event that you need to change your information, please login to K12Mobile web site and update the appropriate fields.

The K12Mobile Service uses an online questionnaire to provide registration and sign-in services. When you sign in to the K12Mobile site, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and a password to sign you in. To learn more about the K12Mobile service, the information stored in the K12Mobile profile, and how K12Mobile uses and helps protect your personal information, please read the Privacy Statement below.
